Aya is built for serious, faith-aligned relationships. Every member is expected to uphold these standards.

1. Absolute Authority & Discretionary Account Revocation

To aggressively protect the ecosystem from commercialization and casual hook-up trends, Aya retains absolute, unilateral, arbitrary discretion to terminate, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, explanation, or financial refund.

The Company is not legally required to present a formal standard of proof or an evidentiary trial before enforcing an administrative ban. If our algorithms, internal team moderation, or community reporting channels signal a lack of marriage-minded intention, access is permanently revoked.

2. Definitive Operational Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited within the live app ecosystem and encrypted chat modules:

Financial Solicitations

Initiating conversations that mandate financial support, requests for cash assistance, or material compensation under any romantic guise.

Commercialized Arrangements

Offering or soliciting short-term casual arrangements, allowances, structural transactional relationships ("sugar dynamics"), or any engagement that undermines value-aligned courtship.

🎭

Bypassing the Identity Moat

Using deepfakes, synthetic media, or another individual's government document to access the platform.

Character Vouch Fraud

Coordinated generation of fake references or utilizing burner accounts to manipulate profile reputation metrics.

Governing Law & Arbitration Venue

Jurisdiction: These documents are executed under, interpreted by, and enforced through the statutory laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Arbitration Mechanism: Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be permanently referred to binding arbitration handled by a single arbitrator appointed under the rules of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC). The language of arbitration is strictly English, and the proceedings are private and confidential.
